APPOINTMENT POLICIES

=  All massages are booked by appointment only.
=  Please note we are a small business and do our best to book appointments in a timely manner, however our more popular time slots (evenings and Saturdays) book out quickly. When booking you may want to consider a few back-up options as we typically book about 3-4 weeks out.

=  At this time we are unable to accommodate "couples massage," we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  

Cancellation Policies:
Last minute delays and cancellations are occasionally unavoidable, however, the well-trained and professional staff must be compensated for their time. It is asked that you allow at least a 24 hour notice if at all possible.

No Shows:
If a client fails to show for an appointment without prior notification, the client forfeits 50% of the massage service cost. If client has purchased a pre-paid package the whole appointment amount will be taken from the package. 

Cancellations/Rescheduling within 24 hours of scheduled appointment:
The client forfeits 50% of the massage service cost. If changing the length of the massage to a shorter amount of time you will be charged for the original appointment. 

Cancellations/Rescheduling outside of 24 hours of scheduled appointment:
No penalty

Late Shows:
All services must begin and end on time. If a client shows up late to an appointment, the client forfeits any time lost due to tardiness.

Gratuities:
Gratuities are not required, although greatly appreciated by the therapist.

Cell Phones and Beepers:
We kindly ask that our clients turn off (or switch to silent mode) any electrical device that may interrupt any session while in the office. This will enforce our commitment to offering a quiet, nurturing and stress-free healing environment for all our patients and therapists
